Understanding the KEAM 2025 Rank Calculation
The KEAM 2025 rank list for Engineering courses is meticulously prepared by giving equal weightage (50:50) to two crucial components:
- Normalized score from the KEAM Engineering Entrance Examination.
- Normalized score from the Second Year of the Qualifying Examination (Plus Two or equivalent), specifically for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology put together.
- The entrance examination itself was conducted from April 23 to April 29, 2025. Subsequently, the normalized scores obtained by candidates in both Engineering and Pharmacy Entrance Examinations were published on May 14, 2025.
10+2 Marks Verification & Submission
To ensure accuracy in rank preparation, CEE, Kerala provided a specific window for candidates to verify and edit their 10+2 marks. This step was vital, as incorrect mark submissions could affect a candidate’s final rank.
How to Verify/Edit Marks:
- Access the KEAM 2025 official website: cee.kerala.gov.in.
- Log into your KEAM candidate login using your application number, password, and access code.
- Click on the ‘+2 Marks Verification for Engineering’ option.
- If the displayed marks are correct, select ‘No Change’ for each item and then ‘Verified and Found Correct’.
- If discrepancies exist, click ‘Change Required’ for the incorrect items, then ‘Verified and Found Mismatch’. You would then be prompted to upload necessary mark lists as proof for correction.
How to Submit Marks (if not already done/to edit):
- Visit the official KEAM 2025 website (cee-kerala.org).
- Log into your candidate portal using your application number and date of birth.

- Finally, submit the marks and take a printout of the ‘Marks Submission Confirmation Report’ for your records.
