The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has officially announced the HSSC CET Exam Date 2025. The Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group C posts will be conducted on 26th and 27th July 2025 in 4 shifts across 2 days. Over 13.47 lakh candidates have applied for the Haryana CET 2025 exam, which is a gateway to over 50,000 expected vacancies in various departments under the Haryana Government.

HSSC CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: 18 to 42 years (Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories).
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Group C: Minimum 10+2 or Matric with additional qualifications.
    • Group D: Matric pass with Hindi/Sanskrit.
  • Nationality: Indian

 

HSSC CET Group C Syllabus & Exam Pattern

Exam Pattern:

  • Offline OMR-based test
  • 100 questions | 0.975 marks each | No negative marking
  • Total Duration: 105 minutes (including 5 mins for optional questions)

Syllabus Breakdown:

  • 75% Weightage: General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, Hindi, Computer Knowledge
  • 25% Weightage: Haryana History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Environment, Culture

Level of Exam:

  • For Group C: 10+2 level
  • English & Hindi: Matric level

Yes, there is no limit on the number of attempts. You can reappear in future CET exams to improve your score, and the new score will reset your 3-year validity period.
