1.Can I participate in Phase 2 counselling if I was allotted a seat in Phase 1 ?
Yes, candidates who were allotted a seat in Phase 1 can still participate in Phase 2 if they wish to upgrade their allotment. However, if a new seat is allotted in Phase 2, the previous allotment will be cancelled automatically.
2. What if I forget to report to the college after seat allotment ?
If a candidate fails to report to the allotted college within the specified dates (23–25 July 2025), the seat will be cancelled, and the candidate will lose the chance to claim that allotment.
3.Is there a fee to participate in Phase 2 counselling ?
No additional fee is required for Phase 2 counselling if you have already paid during Phase 1. However, fresh candidates who didn’t participate in Phase 1 will need to pay the processing fee to register.
4.Can I change my college after seat allotment in Phase 2 ?
No, once you accept the Phase 2 allotment and complete the self-reporting and college reporting steps, you cannot change the allotted college through the official process. Any change beyond this will depend on management quota or spot admissions, if applicable.
5.What is the process for spot admission if I don’t get a seat in Phase 2 ?
If you do not receive a seat in Phase 2, APSCHE may announce a spot admission round for vacant seats. This usually takes place at the college level, and candidates must meet eligibility criteria and carry original documents.
