The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is all set to release the NEET PG 2025 advanced city slips on July 21, 2025. Candidates who registered for the postgraduate medical entrance exam will receive the test city information directly on their registered email IDs. However, this slip will only mention the city where the exam center is located. The complete address and other essential details will be available with the admit card on July 31, 2025.
NEET PG 2025 City Intimation Slip Release on July 21
As per the official notification, NBEMS will email the allocated test city details to all eligible candidates on July 21. This city slip is a preliminary update and should not be considered the final exam center. It only helps aspirants plan their travel and logistics in advance.

How to Download Your NEET PG 2025 Exam City Slip:
- Visit the official NBEMS website: natboard.edu.in.
- Look for and click on the ‘NEET PG 2025’ exam city slip link.
- You’ll be redirected to a login window. Enter your essential details (login ID and password).
- Your NEET PG 2025 exam city slip will appear on the screen.
- Download and save it for future reference.
NEET PG 2025 Rescheduled to August 3
Initially scheduled for June 15, the NEET PG 2025 exam was rescheduled to August 3 after the Supreme Court’s directive in early June. The decision was also influenced by the need for sufficient infrastructure and manpower, as noted in NBEMS’s affidavit to the court.
The exam will now be conducted in two shifts across 195 cities and 448 centers, with a total of 2,42,679 candidates appearing.

So arrive early at your test center as mentioned in the admit card to avoid any type of hassle.
Opportunity to Change Test City
NBEMS had previously opened a correction window for candidates to revise their test city preferences. This was live from June 13 (3:00 PM) to June 17 (11:55 PM). Candidates who made corrections during this window will see updated city info in the email sent on July 21.

1. Will NEET PG 2025 be conducted in online or offline mode ?
NEET PG 2025 will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode only. Candidates will have to appear for the exam at their allotted test centers and take the test on a computer. No offline or pen-paper option is available.
