Basis of Seat Allotment

The seat allotment has been carried out based on multiple criteria:

1. What should I do if I forget my Hall Ticket Number or login credentials ?

If you’ve misplaced your Hall Ticket Number or login credentials, you can retrieve them by visiting the official AP EAMCET website. Look for the “Forgot Hall Ticket Number” or “Retrieve Credentials” option (if available). Alternatively, check your registered email or SMS inbox, as these details were usually sent during the exam phase. In case of persistent issues, contact the AP EAMCET helpline for assistance.

2. Can I participate in Phase 2 counselling if I am not satisfied with my Phase 1 seat allotment ?

Yes, candidates who are not satisfied with the seat allotted in Phase 1 can participate in Phase 2 of the counselling process. However, you must still complete the Phase 1 admission process (i.e., self-reporting and physical reporting) to retain the currently allotted seat, in case you do not get a better option in the next round.

3. Is it possible to change the college or branch after seat allotment?

You cannot change your allotted college or branch after the seat allotment in the same phase. However, you can try for a better option in the next counselling phase (Phase 2 or Spot Round) by exercising fresh web options. Keep in mind, opting for a better choice in subsequent rounds means the previously allotted seat might be forfeited.

4. What if I miss the reporting deadline to the allotted college ?

If you fail to report to the allotted college (either through online self-reporting or physical reporting) within the specified timeline (July 23 to July 26, 2025), your seat will be cancelled automatically. You will not be considered for the next rounds unless you register again, and there’s no guarantee of getting the same or better seat in future allotments.

5. Do I need to carry original documents or photocopies during college reporting ?

At the time of physical reporting to the allotted college, you are required to carry both original documents and photocopies. The original documents are for verification purposes, while the college may retain the photocopies. Make sure you carry all the required documents in order, as incomplete documentation may lead to cancellation of your admission.
