The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has officially activated the TS EAPCET 2025 Web Options Entry link on July 6, 2025, for candidates with ranks from 1 to 5000. Eligible students can now log in and choose their preferred colleges and courses via the official portal — tgeapcet.nic.in.

TS EAPCET Web Options Entry 2025: Step-by-Step Procedure
Follow these steps carefully to complete your web options entry for TS EAPCET 2025:

Login ID Generation

After certificate verification, candidates will receive a Login ID via their registered mobile number.

Download Web Options Manual Form

Visit tgeapcet.nic.in and download the colleges/districts/branches list.

Take a printout of the manual option entry form to plan preferences offline.

Generate Password

Go to “Candidate Registration” on the website to generate a secure password.

Use your Login ID, hall ticket number, password, and OTP (sent via SMS) to log in.

Q1. Can I modify my web options after freezing them ?
No, once you freeze your options, you cannot modify them. You must be careful and review your preferences before the final freezing deadline.
Q2. What if I miss the slot booking or certificate verification in the first phase ?
You can participate in the second phase counselling. A fresh slot booking and certificate verification window will be available for candidates who missed Phase 1.
Q3. Are there any separate counselling rounds for minority or reserved category students ?
No, all students (including reserved and minority categories) participate in the same counselling process. Seat allocation will be done as per reservation policies.
Q4. Is it mandatory to report to the college after seat allotment ?
Yes, candidates must complete tuition fee payment and self-reporting online. Later, they also have to report physically to the allotted college within the given time.
Q5. Can I participate in further rounds if I accept a seat in the first phase ?
Yes, you can participate in subsequent counselling phases if you wish to upgrade. However, you must follow the self-reporting process to remain eligible.
