Navy SSR Physical Test Qualify Criteria (2025)
Candidates who clear the cut-off in the INET-I examination become eligible to appear for the Indian Navy Agniveer Physical Fitness Test (PFT). This physical test is purely qualifying in nature, and only those who pass it along with the written exam will be allowed to proceed to the Medical Examination stage.
For male candidates, the PFT includes a 1.6 km run to be completed within 6 minutes and 30 seconds, 20 squats (Uthak Baithak), and 12 push-ups. No sit-ups are required for males.
